  • Lars is Founder of Real Estate B-School. He left his corporate career in 2007 and built Real Estate B-School becasue he saw that the industry was broken and he figured out what worked and didn’t work through his pain-staking trial and errors.

    One of the most important days of his life was April 10, 2010 where he publicly declared that Jesus Christ was his Lord and Savoir.

    Lars enjoys spending time with his family and traveling all around making memories.

  • Stacie is Program Director at Real Estate B-School. She built her first real estate team at the young age of 23.

    In 2011 she and another agent started a top producing team, and in just 5 short years, they helped over 1,500 families and were ranked by the Wall Street Journal.

    It is because of the systems and strategies she put in place through REBS, she was able to sell her 7 figure business in 2016.

  • Jessica has been in the industry for 15 years, 10 of which have been with Lars. She left the transaction side of the business to join Real Estate B-School 3 years ago.

    Jessica has a passion for supporting others and seeing them succeed. That is why she has embraced her current position as Client Care Manager.

    Her main focus in life is her faith and family. She’s been married to Jason since 2004 and has 3 rambunctious, active children (Tyler ’09, Chase ’09 and Sadie ’14). They love to travel and see all of God’s amazing creations.

  • Malory is devoted to her faith and is committed to using her talents to serve others. Malory came into the real estate industry in 2016, where she served as Director of Operations & Human Resources for a private brokerage in Rochester, MN. During that time she not only implemented systems that helped the company advance to new levels, but she also found a greater passion for coaching others.

    Malory is thrilled to be serving as the Implementation Coach for Real Estate B-School, where she can serve real estate teams in building out their operations. Malory enjoys traveling with her husband, playing the piano, doing anything related to music, competing in Crossfit, and most of all, spending time with her husband and family.

    Joe has a strong background in marketing and digital media, he came to the real estate industry ready to leverage the target audience that need to be reached.

    Joe’s passions include traveling with family, exercising, hiking, camping, snowboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, cliff jumping, and being with friends and family.

  • Born and raised in Kentucky, educated in Tennessee, and now living in Pennsylvania, Brent has recently rediscovered his faith and is dedicated to furthering his walk and growing in his faith.

    With a love for all things technology, and an underlying desire to learn something new every day, he uses tools to help him tell stories in creative and unique ways, serving his local church as their video and media director.

    He enjoys video, photography, and graphic design, and uses his skills every day to create engaging content on social media platforms.

  • Andy is a follower of Jesus Christ, a loving husband to his loving and beautiful wife Ellyn and a father to his 4 amazing kiddos. He loves spending time with them more than anything. For 8 years, Andy built a real estate business to serve him and his family. By 2017, Andy was working just 1 day a week running his 15 person team in the small market of Rochester, MN.

    He has moved on from running a real estate company completely so he can spend more time with his family on their farm in Minnesota and travel the U.S. in their RV.

    Greg’s strengths are personal development, systems, and low-cost tools that produce consistent results. His financial strengths include managing cash flow, investing, and creating passive income and building wealth.

  • Dan started his real estate career in 2009. He is the founder of Carolina Real Estate Experts and leads a team of 8 agents. Over the past several years with REBS, he has led his team from 64 transactions to knocking on the door of 300.

    He and his team’s big why is to impact within the community and change the status quo of the way real estate is performed and perceived.

    Dan enjoys the beach, frisbee and sailing. Dan is now coaching agents from around the country with REBS.
