After leaving my corporate job in March 2007, just before the real estate market completely crumbled (ugh!), I hustled for every deal I could get. By the end of my first full year in real estate, I closed 71 sides for over $500,000 of commission income.

That just wasn’t an option for me … my deeply held beliefs around my faith and family forced me to find a better way.
So I fought hard and battled my way through that tough market to build a “real” real estate business that served me and my family rather than enslaved me.
It was a painful and costly process to figure out how to scale my real estate business. Being a father and husband, it was critical for me to find a way to give up the grind of working deals 24/7.
