About Us

Real Estate B-School (REBS) Founder Lars Hedenborg left his corporate career in March 2007. He hustled and closed 71 sides before the end of his first full year...but he was working 70-80 hour weeks and his family was suffering. Something had to give.

Lars fought hard and battled his way through the tough market to build a “real” real estate business that served him and his family rather than enslave him.

As a result, Real Estate B-School was founded to bring real-world tools, systems and strategies to top producing agents and team leaders.

The REBS Community consists of like minded real estate business owners who realize that having the right roadmap is a huge part of building a sustainable and profitable real estate business.

Our Coaches

  • Stacie Peterson

    Stacie is Program Director at Real Estate B-School. She built her first real estate team at the young age of 23.

    In 2011 she and another agent started a top producing team, and in just 5 short years, they helped over 1,500 families and were ranked by the Wall Street Journal.

    It is because of the systems and strategies she put in place through REBS, she was able to sell her 7 figure business in 2016.

  • Andy Mulholland

    Andy is a follower of Jesus Christ, a loving husband to his loving and beautiful wife Ellyn and a father to his 4 amazing kiddos. He loves spending time with them more than anything. For 8 years, Andy built a real estate business to serve him and his family. By 2017, Andy was working just 1 day a week running his 15 person team in the small market of Rochester, MN.

    He has moved on from running a real estate company completely so he can spend more time with his family on their farm in Minnesota and travel the U.S. in their RV.

  • Greg Miller

    Greg has over 15 years of real estate experience. An Associate Broker at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Michigan Real Estate, he owns and manages The Roy-Miller Team, which he built from the ground up. Greg’s team are the top producers in their marketplace, and he is in the top 20 within the Berkshire Hathaway brand.

    Greg’s strengths are personal development, systems, and low-cost tools that produce consistent results. His financial strengths include managing cash flow, investing, and creating passive income and building wealth.

  • Dan Jones

    Dan started his real estate career in 2009. He is the founder of Carolina Real Estate Experts and leads a team of 8 agents. Over the past several years with REBS, he has led his team from 64 transactions to knocking on the door of 300.

    He and his team’s big why is to impact within the community and change the status quo of the way real estate is performed and perceived.

    Dan enjoys the beach, frisbee and sailing. Dan is now coaching agents from around the country with REBS.

  • Staci Swindell

    Standing firm in her faith, Staci serves God and her family which drives her to be the best version of herself. With a strong background in sales and customer service, she came into the real estate world eager to grow. Starting out a s an internal sales agent, she quickly learned to love the fast-paced industry and competitiveness.

    With a mission for helping others, she thrives to set out members up for success. Her passion is seeing the transformation through the journey of our REBS family, while assessing new members to optimize their busieness growth and ensure they experience the highest level of value.

  • Malory Naslund

    Malory is devoted to her faith and is committed to using her talents to serve others. Malory came into the real estate industry in 2016, where she served as Director of Operations & Human Resources for a private brokerage in Rochester, MN. During that time she not only implemented systems that helped the company advance to new levels, but she also found a greater passion for coaching others.

    Malory is thrilled to be serving as the Implementation Coach for Real Estate B-School, where she can serve real estate teams in building out their operations. Malory enjoys traveling with her husband, playing the piano, doing anything related to music, competing in Crossfit, and most of all, spending time with her husband and family.
