First off I want to say thanks for taking the time to consider working with me and my team to drastically increase your sales, bring home more money and take more time off!

I will warn you upfront that this ‘Special Invitation’ is long. And there’s a reason for that. 

In it you will find everything you need to make a decision as to whether or not this program is for you. While it’s not for everybody, you do owe it to yourself to slow down and take the time to really digest what I am offering you. My hope is that it’s a great fit for you.

I realize that you’ve probably got all sorts of questions. And I promise they will all be answered by the time you finish reading. 

I know there are lots of other ‘gurus’ and coaches who promise the latest and greatest tactic or hack to get you to the promised land of increasing your sales. I am not one of those ‘gurus’ and this is not one of those programs. And I will prove it to you over the coming pages.

I will explain to you, in detail, the major shift that’s happening when it comes to your ability to scale your sales in the real estate industry. And, how we’ve already helped 1,000+ real estate agents and team leaders transition into a new model where they were able to make more money in less time with less stress. I’m also going to show you the results our members have achieved and how you can get those same results.

I’m excited to share this major shift with you. And like I said before, I promise it’s different from other stuff you’ve heard.

OK, so why is this really different? And why should you listen to me?

Well, most gurus and theorists who claim to be able to help grow your business work in only 1 of the key business drivers. They don’t actually operate in all 4. They mostly focus on one-off lead generation tactics and not on building repeatable systems in your business around all of the key drivers.

There’s more to growing a business than getting new clients. The game changer and lifestyle changes come from leveraged lead generation and conversion and a profitable growth model.

The others don’t do that. I do.

This is the part that may sound a little ‘salesy’ but it’s necessary to tell you my background so you know that I actually know what I’m talking about.

I’m a business owner like you. I have been in the trenches of real estate since March 2007.

That first year I sold 27 homes in 10 months. It wasn’t pretty and I worked all sorts of crazy hours. And I didn’t show up like I wanted to in my home. I was newly married and we had our first child. And all I had time for was real estate. My first full year was the start of The Great Recession and I sold 44 homes. More money but less freedom. 

Things had to change.

So I went down the path of figuring out how to make more money in less time. I quite literally worked backwards from a goal of taking home $1 million dollars while working only 20 hours a week. That would mean I’d have to make $1,000 per hour on average in my real estate business. So I got to work.

It took me a few years to crack that code. In 2013 we sold 312 homes on a very profitable model and I got down to 1 day per week. Then in 2014 we sold 453 homes and I worked only 42 days that year. I took home close to $3,000 per hour. It worked. And Real Estate B-School was born through that time. 

Over 5,000 families served along the journey. And I have made all the mistakes you can possibly make. So I felt compelled to share them with others who have the same growth mindset that I had but didn’t want the traditional ‘rise & grind’ type approach I was seeing in the industry. 

Bottom line, I developed these strategies for MYSELF so I could provide a lifestyle for my family that we never thought was possible. And to be able to have a massive positive impact in their lives while still hitting big numbers.

In fact I never had any intention of sharing my tools, tactics, systems and processes for sustainable and predictable growth. But it provided me with a level of time and money freedom that was uncommon in our industry. 

My industry ‘peers’ noticed and they wanted my help doing it for them too.

When I launched into ‘coaching’ I jumped in head first and took on 21 clients. I worked 1-1 with them for 2-3 years to help them dramatically grow their income and increase their time away from their businesses. While I couldn’t take on more clients than that at the time, that initial experience allowed me to develop frameworks, tools and systems that others could then swipe and deploy into their businesses and get similar results.

And through years of costly trial and error, I continued to refine my own business building processes and systems while continuing to help others to do the same. The step-by-step process for predictable and sustainable growth was developed over the past 15+ years and now anyone could use it to scale fast AND leverage what you already have, and most importantly give you your time back.

Over the past 10 years since I launched Real Estate B-School, I’ve helped over 1,000 real estate agents and team leaders scale their businesses and build lives worth living.
