They mostly focus on one-off lead generation tactics and not on building repeatable systems in your business around all of the key drivers.

The others don’t do that. I do.
This is the part that may sound a little ‘salesy’ but it’s necessary to tell you my background so you know that I actually know what I’m talking about.
I’m a business owner like you. I have been in the trenches of real estate since March 2007.
That first year I sold 27 homes in 10 months. It wasn’t pretty and I worked all sorts of crazy hours. And I didn’t show up like I wanted to in my home. I was newly married and we had our first child. And all I had time for was real estate. My first full year was the start of The Great Recession and I sold 44 homes. More money but less freedom.
Things had to change.
So I went down the path of figuring out how to make more money in less time. I quite literally worked backwards from a goal of taking home $1 million dollars while working only 20 hours a week. That would mean I’d have to make $1,000 per hour on average in my real estate business. So I got to work.
It took me a few years to crack that code. In 2013 we sold 312 homes on a very profitable model and I got down to 1 day per week. Then in 2014 we sold 453 homes and I worked only 42 days that year. I took home close to $3,000 per hour. It worked. And Real Estate B-School was born through that time.
Over 5,000 families served along the journey. And I have made all the mistakes you can possibly make. So I felt compelled to share them with others who have the same growth mindset that I had but didn’t want the traditional ‘rise & grind’ type approach I was seeing in the industry.
Bottom line, I developed these strategies for MYSELF so I could provide a lifestyle for my family that we never thought was possible. And to be able to have a massive positive impact in their lives while still hitting big numbers.
In fact I never had any intention of sharing my tools, tactics, systems and processes for sustainable and predictable growth. But it provided me with a level of time and money freedom that was uncommon in our industry.
My industry ‘peers’ noticed and they wanted my help doing it for them too.
When I launched into ‘coaching’ I jumped in head first and took on 21 clients. I worked 1-1 with them for 2-3 years to help them dramatically grow their income and increase their time away from their businesses. While I couldn’t take on more clients than that at the time, that initial experience allowed me to develop frameworks, tools and systems that others could then swipe and deploy into their businesses and get similar results.
And through years of costly trial and error, I continued to refine my own business building processes and systems while continuing to help others to do the same. Individually all of these pieces will have your head spinning but when you put them together it is pure magic.
To quickly explain what you are looking at…
The model on the left above is the Traditional Model and here’s how it goes. In order to grow your business, you first have to be able to Attract high quality buyer and seller leads, Convert them to face to face consultations and then to loyal clients; and ultimately Deliver on the promises you made to them. If you can’t Attract, there is no opportunity. If you can’t Convert, there are no clients and if you don’t Deliver, you have no money!
The model on the right hand side is the Scale Model and here’s how it goes. In order to scale your business and experience true freedom, you first have to Create Your Future. To scale profitably, you then must Know Your Numbers. To avoid working 24/7, you must Grow Your Team. If you don’t Create Your Future, you have no direction. If you don’t Know Your Numbers, your business has no predictability. And if you don’t Grow Your Team, you won’t have any Sustainability.
OK, I know that was a lot but I have to get you to see this and understand this to know how my approach to helping you grow is vastly different than anything else out there.
